• Online and credit card fax-in registration closes October 21, 2008 (Noon).
• Do not send payment by mail after October 10, 2008. Bring payment to the conference and pay onsite.
• All attendee registrations are transferable.
• Cancellation requests received by October 3, 2008 in writing (or by email) will be refunded after November 17, 2008 (less a $50 administrative fee). No other refund requests can be honored.
