Registration Information and Fees
Online Registration - Payment by credit card only (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover). Closes October 8, 2008. Printable Registration - Print and fax (or mail) with payment by credit card, purchase order, or check. Do not send payment by mail after October 3, 2008. Fax-in registration with credit card payment closes October 8, 2008. Registration Confirmation - Access your confirmation using the code you selected at sign up. Notes Online and fax in registration closes October 8, 2008. Do not send payment by mail after October 3, 2008. Bring payment to the conference and pay onsite. All attendee registrations are transferable. Cancellation requests received by September 30, 2008 in writing (or by email) will be refunded after November 17, 2008 (less a $50 administrative fee). No other refund requests can be honored. CEU application fee is neither refundable nor transferable. View application.

Speaker Registration
One presenter from each workshop may attend the full conference at a reduced fee of $75. One co-presenter may use the reduced speaker fee as well. Reduced rates are not transferable. Please do not register at any price until after paper acceptance notices are sent out on June 27, 2008.
