All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email acceptable) to perry@VSACCA.org. If the cancellation or reduction is received prior to 9/1/2008 a full refund, less a 25% administrative fee, will be made. Requests received in writing between 9/2/08 and 10/1/08 will be subject to a 50% administrative fee. Refunds will not be made under any circumstances for cancellations after 10/1/08.
