You'll be hearing from us in the next few weeks about the Annual VSACCA Conference (October 25-27, Newport News) and other exciting events - including a series of Discover Workshops throughout the Commonwealth between now and the conference. The first Discover Workshop has been created for you by the Virginia Institute of Marine Science. The event flyer describes this Saturday, May 19, workshop and experience filled with ideas and activities you can take back to your program. VIMS is an outstanding educational resource in the state, including online activities for youth. This might be just the place to get new ideas for your summer program!
